Scoop Squad Service Agreement
By initiating service with Scoop Squad (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you, the client (“you” or “the Client”), agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern all pet waste removal services provided by Scoop Squad.
As the Client, you are responsible for maintaining safe, unobstructed access to and from the yard on scheduled service day(s). If access is impeded due to locked gates, overgrown vegetation, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, Scoop Squad reserves the right to charge for the missed visit as if service had been completed. To avoid unnecessary charges, you must notify us in advance of any changes affecting yard access, the number of pets, or temporary periods when the yard will not be used by pets (e.g., vacations, illness, etc.). In cases of inclement weather that render it hazardous or impractical to perform a scheduled cleanup, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule service promptly once conditions allow.
Scoop Squad assumes no liability for damage to property, including but not limited to lawns, landscaping, gates, or pets.
All service fees, rates, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time. However, recurring service clients will receive at least fourteen (14) days’ notice of any pricing adjustments. Clients may cancel recurring services at any time without penalty.
New Clients who enroll in a recurring pet waste removal plan are eligible for one (1) complimentary initial cleaning, provided the yard is in a reasonably maintained condition. This promotion is available only to Clients who commit to ongoing service and is not valid for one-time or on-demand cleanups. Scoop Squad reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. If the yard is deemed excessively soiled or in need of a time-intensive initial cleanup, a one-time service fee will apply. This determination will be made solely at the discretion of the attending technician. Clients will be notified in advance of any such charges, and service will only proceed with the Client’s approval. If the Client cancels recurring service after receiving the complimentary initial cleaning but before the first paid visit, the Client agrees to be charged the standard rate for the initial service.
By providing your credit or debit card information, you authorize Scoop Squad to securely store your payment credentials and automatically charge your card for services rendered. One-time services will be charged upon completion, while recurring services will be billed at the end of each billing cycle.
You agree to receive notifications and updates regarding your appointments and account via phone call, email, or text message. These communications may include service reminders, schedule changes, billing notifications, and other essential updates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Scoop Squad reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the most current version of these terms, which will always be made available upon request or through our official website.
